Nodes and Edges

Nodes (genes or proteins) can be selected and moved around manually. They can also be resized. It is easier to select a node at higher zoom levels.

Right-click on a node to get more information. For Mac users, CTRL-click.

You can also change the color or shape of a node, and you can expand the node - i.e., find and show its interactors.

"Open URL" connects to the Flybase page for that node gene.
